Our Customer Service Representative team assists in aiding our customers by supplying them with service alternatives. We take in working with our telecommunication clients, providing our Customer Service Representative with opportunities to participate in community outreach, and have a supportive management staff dedicated to the development of our Customer Service Representative team. Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:

• Communicate clearly with customers while maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
• Properly prepare for customers by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings
• Engage in the sales process with each customer from start to finish for a clear and efficient close on the sale, increasing company profit margins
• Professionally represent our clients driving increased awareness through superior customer interaction
• Develop effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins
• Educate consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family
• Efficiently navigate order entry system and schedule dates as necessary

Requirements as a Customer Service Representative:

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client relations is a plus
• Self-starter who approaches their profession with integrity and passion
• Enthusiasm for making a difference in consumers lives
• Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as a member of a team
• Highly persuasive, customer-centric, courteous, self-disciplined and honest work ethic
• Unrivaled interpersonal skill with the ability to overturn objections and close any sale
