NB World Express is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving and processing orders, calculating commission payments, and supporting the CS and sales team as a whole.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

- Receive customer orders on telephone, via email, or fax.

- Process customer orders in a timely manner.

- Coordinate with sales and other appropriate departments in processing orders.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

- Resolve problems pertaining to customer orders.

- Interact with Finance team regarding payments.

- Maintain and update customers’ database.

Requirements:

- At least two (1) years of customer service experience, required

- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, required

- Experience working with QuickBooks, required

- Experience working with SharePoint, SAP, or related ERP system, preferred

- Experience working within the manufacturing industry, preferred

- Experience with Supply Chain and Logistics practices (BOL, LTL, FTL, etc), preferred
