Title: Customer Service Advocate I

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr. on w2

Location:_ REMOTE to PST/MST _

Duration: 3 months contract with possible extension

Target Start Date (based on successful onboarding completion): 6/24/2024

Shift: Anywhere from 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM PST/MST - 40 HRS/week

• Must be able to start anytime between 7:00 am-9:30 am PST/MST and will work an 8-hour shift, schedule will be given depending on department needs.
• Some OT may be needed but it will be minimal.
• No time off requests for the first 90 days.
• Fully remote, candidates prefer to sit in CA, WA, or AZ- If there is a home outage for internet or power, we might ask the employee to work from the office if the local office is within 30 minutes of the employee's home.

Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this role and a description of the project:

• Answering calls for Member Assistance callers with Medicaid needs
• Educating members on benefits and resources available
• Data Entry
• Training is anywhere from 2-6 weeks and the camera will need to be on at all times.

• We rate productivity and efficiency and call times

• Attend IT training and training modules, meet with the team, and start job-specific training

Required Skills/Experience/Education:

• 1 years of RECENT Call Center & Customer Service Experience
• Strong Typing Skills at least 40 WPM REQUIRED; Preferred 60 WPM
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Multitasking skills. Bilingual preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
