The Role We are looking for a Program Manager to drive companywide high-visibility and high-priority Programs that focus on rolling out IT, Organizational, and Process integrations with an emphasis on consolidation, cost savings, reporting, and maintaining company culture. This critical hire must have exceptional communication and organization skills, be highly collaborative, and understand independent and interdependent organizational structures, tools, and teams. With an emphasis on details and soft skills, this individual will work with leaders and teams across the globe to create meaningful and positive change. Practical, innovative, data-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, this person will need to leverage and implement Project management tools, processes, and KPIs to increase visibility, create stability, and ensure adoption. The ideal candidate will be accountable for critical Programs and Projects, coordinate logistics and resources, conduct planning and working sessions, and build lasting relationships to meet Project objectives. What You'll Do As a Program Manager, you will work directly with the PMO Business Services Team, including Demand Management, Data Analytics and Reporting, Financial Services, and Compliance, as well as working with the teams they serve, including Accounting, Engineering, QA, IT, Service Delivery, and more. You will collaboratively define the scope of work, identify appropriate resources, set goals, develop schedules, and track and report progress while ensuring the overall approach is refined and communicated to stakeholders. Along with managing Programs and Projects, you will: Drive implementation of multiple complex initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve milestones within established timeframes Communicate with Project stakeholders and Executive and Senior Management, and provide reporting insights on issues through root cause analyses Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders Provide Gap analysis on processes currently in place, suggesting refinement and improvement to streamline efficiency and simplicity What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience. 5 Years of experience in program or project management 3 Years of experience creating and driving large-scale technology and data-driven program management transformation plans Advanced knowledge of business applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel Project, Teams, Power BI, etc. Demonstrated ability to: Proactively and effectively communicate and present ideas clearly and persuasively to all organization levels. Persuade, encourage, enroll, and motivate others. Work collaboratively at all levels within the organization. Plan, prioritize, and quickly adapt to achieve objectives and overcome obstacles and resource constraints. Develop strategies, action plans, and metrics to ensure visibility, proactively identify risks, and have the objective information to address issues. Identify problems and create mitigation plans to minimize risks, issues, bottlenecks, and obstacles. Be accountable, trustworthy, transparent, and dependable. Have a high level of emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and self-control to adapt to ensure success even in stressful or difficult situations.
