Sno-King Quality Cleaning is Hiring an Administrative Assistant/Scheduler Near Lynnwood, WA

Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher

Fast-growing cleaning service is looking for an excellent office worker to help with scheduling as well as general administrative responsibilities. This person will need to be organized, comfortable with talking on the phone, and have very strong attention to detail.

This position is full-time, 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.

We are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our Lynnwood office.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with clients and scheduling jobs via phone, email and text message
  • Greeting customers and keeping records when customers drop off or pick up area rugs at our location
  • Assisting the owner on projects
  • Marketing- social media, e-mail marketing, calling, etc.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Self-starter
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable, trustworthy
  • Strong communication skills
  • A desire to work hard and achieve success as a team
  • Strong geographical knowledge of North King and South Snohomish counties, including travel time, distance, traffic, etc.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of administrative or similar experience
  • 1 years of scheduling, dispatch or similar experience
  • Valid driver's license (limited support for picking up supplies and running errands)
  • Preferred: Experience and comfortability with Apple devices (Mac computer, iPad, etc.). Computer and other required office supplies will be provided by employer.
  • Preferred: experience in the carpet, upholstery, tile/grout, hardwood floor, and/or air duct/dryer vent cleaning industries

Compensation: $22-25/hour DOE plus bonuses
