Job Posting: Accounts Payable Bookkeeper

We are now actively seeking an experienced professional to fulfill the role of AP Bookkeeper and join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes and transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management.
- Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and prepare payment schedules.
- Monitor and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all AP-related records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and answer inquiries related to AP.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including AP account reconciliation and reporting.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of proven experience in accounting, with a focus on Accounts Payable.
- Proficient in data management and utilization of accounting software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to detect errors and resolve discrepancies.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external vendors.
- Highly organized, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
