SkinSolutions.MD is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near San Diego, CA

SkinSolutions.MD, is a rapidly growing, online telemedicine & beauty store for San Diego's top med-spa, Revive Med Spa.

We're looking for a dynamic customer service representative to join our SkinSolutions.MD!

SkinSolutions.MD is looking for self-motivated individuals who want to be part of a team that is transforming the health and beauty industry. You will be helping SkinSolutions.MD customers by phone, chat, and email with order inquiries, product questions, troubleshooting, and more!

You will be an important part of the customer service team!

Responsibilities and Duties

Tasks include (but are not limited to):

  • Phone, chat and email customer service
  • Providing product information and recommendations
  • Researching and resolving issues
  • Maintaining multiple chat conversations at once
  • On the fly problem solving

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous phone sales, telemarketing, or online customer service experience required (2 years highly preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail is a MUST
  • Ability to retain large amounts of information regarding the products that we offer, our processes, etc.
  • Outstanding communication skills and typing ability
  • Strong multitasking skills and quick learner for use of chat and email customer service
  • Strong computer skills
  • Show enthusiasm, knowledge of products and maintain a professional manner
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Must be available to work weekends. This position will include both weekend and weekday work.
