Our Community Outreach Manager is vital to support our OH-Cincinnati and TN-Nashville operations in establishing and maintaining positive relationships between our organization and the communities it serves. The candidate is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing outreach programs and initiatives aimed at engaging with various stakeholders, including residents, businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for community development and advocacy.

Community Outreach Manager Required Qualifications:

• • • 5 years of business development, community outreach, marketing, supplier diversity, related or equivalent experience;
    • 5 years of experience developing and maintaining relationships with community leaders, business leaders, and community organizations;
    • 5 years experience in professional written and verbal communication skills
    • 5 years of experience with working with board organizations and their members.
    • Bachelor’s of Science Degree – Construction Management or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.
