Day in life as a Business Office Manager:

• Manages accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, and collection activities in the facility
• Supervises assigned personnel by established policies and procedures.
• Manages communication with payroll processors for changes or errors
• Manages census activities including daily, weekly, and monthly balancing with the nursing and admissions departments
• Produces reports for analysis purposes as needed

Requirements to join the team:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in third-party billing Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial
• Computer skills
• Microsoft Office Suite
