SILVER CLOUD HOTEL – Lake Union location is looking for a talented, passionate and team building hospitality professional to fill our Front Desk Agent position for the Evening/PM Shift. Our Lake Union Hotel is located on the south end of scenic Lake Union, less than 2 miles from Seattle Center and the iconic Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, as well as some of Seattle’s finest restaurants and shops. The hotel features 184 guest rooms and suites equipped with a 55” HD television, refrigerator and microwave. The hotel also features 1,350 sq/ft of meeting space.

POSITION PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming our guests, answer phones, check in or check out, and assisting with reservations. The Front Desk Agent works closely with other departments and others in their department, as a team, on the delivery of an elevated guest experience.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
EXPERIENCE:
o Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required
o Excellent organizational skills
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs
o Ability to work a flexible schedule: Currently hiring for the Evening/PM Shift, schedule may Include Weekends and Holidays.
o Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent
COMPENSATION
Starting wage is $21.00. Wage Range is $21.00 - $22.25 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.
