· Check in guests in a timely manner

· Assist guests according to brand standards

· Perform other duties as assigned by the management

· Complete repetitive tasks/questions while maintaining attention to detail

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience in hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, sales and catering, etc.)

· At least 18 years old

· Can lift at least 25 lbs

· Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

· Confidence and Critical Thinking skills when dealing with difficult guests/situations

· Communicate effectively and professionally with staff and guests

· Efficient multi-tasking in a fast-passed environment with an ability to stay calm in any situation

· Punctual

· Positive attitude with an attention to detail

· The position is also expected to work the 3-11 pm shifts.

· Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

· Must be able to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
