Key Technical Sales Operations Assistant

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team on site, and thrive handling multiple tasks simultaneously with a value proposition of exceeding customer expectations.

General Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor incoming sales quotes from customers for Design, PCB Fabrication, PCB Assembly and PCB Box Build to ensure quotes are processed and returned on time meeting critical deadlines.
• Develop and monitor all Defense and Aerospace work orders for key accounts providing daily feedback on order status to the customers.
• Help mitigate any delays or issues and or help track down work order hold stoppages so delivery dates are not impacted.
• Monitor all sales customer communication to ensure quick response, customer satisfaction and sales orders are being completed with follow through as expected.
• Monitor and update real time dashboard for customer access.
• Receive sales calls and emails and follow up on critical items.
• Work with existing customers to place orders for newly quoted and repeat items.
• Set appointments for new sales leads.
• Learn and manage technical aspects for critical programs
  • Drawings, Specifications, Contract Requirements
• Create proposals for new and existing customers and follow up to completion.
• Create and manage sales leads and update communication in Sales Force as they are created.
• Monitoring new or existing customer sales transition to project creation (Customer Success).
• Monitor new projects to ensure tasks are completed on time and customers receive proper communication post sale.
• Update customer information, invoices and payments as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ongoing customer relations.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in technical sales assistant or administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient working on computers, with Microsoft Office Suite and handling customer phone calls.

California Salary Range: $65,000 to $85,000/Annual Salary and Benefit Perks
