About the Opportunity:

Join our Sales Associate team at Shutterstock to partake in our newly developed and transformative Sales Bootcamp experience, propelling your sales career forward with strategic skill development and practical application in real-world sales environments. As a Sales Associate, engage in a rigorous curriculum focused on cultivating essential skills for top-tier sales professionals. The program integrates hands-on assignments, facilitator-led training, asynchronous modules, job shadowing, and mentorship, providing an in-depth understanding of Shutterstock's business model and product portfolio. You will have the opportunity to enter a rotation in real sales roles for practical skill development in real-world scenarios.

The Day-to-Day Experience:

• Complete our sales associate training program, incorporating key components from our new sales hires onboarding program

• Master core sales skills, including crafting impactful messaging, conducting insightful discovery, handling objections proficiently, and honing focus and prioritization skills critical for a full sales cycle role

• Become an expert of narrating our content journey, both within our organization and to external audiences.

• Build trusted relationships and credibility with stakeholders across the sales organization

• Perform content audits and analyze usage reports between role rotations to identify new business opportunities

• Participate in a role rotation within our sales teams, applying acquired skills in a dynamic environment

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Shutterstock, its business model, target markets, and product ecosystem

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during role rotations, fostering strong relationships

• Excel in your rotations to get offered a permanent sales position within our Enterprise sales organization

What You'll Contribute to the Role:

• Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of high-performance as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

• Consistently surpass performance targets, showcasing a commitment to excellence.
