Job Summary:
The Analyst is responsible for assisting in preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial planning and analysis. Assists in the preparation of forecasts and analysis of trends. Assists in financial forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation of internal accounts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Compiles, verifies, and analyzes financial information so Senior Management has accurate and timely information to make strategic and operational decisions.
•Serves as a liaison among Finance Directors and Accounting Dept on fiscal related concerns when balancing grants/ budgets.
•Supports the Annual Federal Budget Process: preparation of workpapers, schedules, narratives, and budget submission.
•Conducts reconciliation of Budget to Actuals reports, Trial Balance reports, and PMS Cash reports in preparation of federal filing submissions.
•Prepares and incorporates all Budget imports into accounting software.
•Compiles work papers that are utilized for Reforecasts and Budgeting cycles.
•Conducts quarterly Non-Federal Share reviews with Finance Directors and
communicates deficits to corresponding parties.
•Prepares Non-Federal Share waivers and One Time Funding requests as required.
•Maintains and assists with departmental databases utilized by internal partners (i.e., VenaVENA, Tableau, etc.). Works directly with consultants / vendors on report design as needed.
•Works on moderately complex financial modeling.
•Participates in assigned meetings, events and training as required.
Non-Essential Duties:
•Assists the Delegates with budget software support, as needed.
•Provides Delegates with System Support Training, as needed.
•Assist with any special requests or ad hoc projects.
•Performs any and all other duties (or functions) as assigned.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree required, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Finance, Accounting or Financial Planning and Analysis experience; or similar function with analytical responsibilities.
3. Physical exam and background checks are required for this position.
4. Travel required locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings and functions.
Salary range: $71,000 to $81,000
