Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development and managing key accounts within your assigned region. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in technical sales and a passion for building and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in business development and technical sales
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in technology sales or related industry is preferred
