Job Purpose: The Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations of the Club in collaboration with the Executive Chef. This includes ensuring the highest quality of food and service for Members and their guests.
The Sous Chef demonstrates leadership every day through coaching and mentoring, organizational skills, and sound business decisions. The Sous Chef is expected to aide in the mentoring and leading of the Back of House department towards continued excellence and always strive for improvement. This position is primarily responsible for operation of the Pool House Restaurant.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Constant standing and walking throughout shift; up to 16 hours in a day. Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Work Schedule and Hours: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary based on need. Frequent evening and weekend work is required. Minimum expected hours are 50-60 hours during off-season and upwards of 80 hours during peak season depending on staffing.
Pay Rate: This is an exempt position ranging from $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually. Varies based on experience.
