Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance professional to join our team. As the Lead Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficient in mechanical repairs, including welding, fabrication, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with electrical systems and ability to perform basic electrical repairs
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train maintenance staff
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
- Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
