The Client Account Manager, Commercial Lines is responsible for meeting the marketing, sales, service, and quality standards of Choice Insurance. This role works closely with the Insurance Advisors in developing an ongoing #PeopleFirst relationship with clients by supporting and advising sales, policy changes and claims.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support

• Administrative support with the management of client accounts.
• Timely and accurate completion of tasks, well versed knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the insurance industry.
• Operational support for book of business.
• Timely and accurate completion of tasks, along with fluent knowledge and ability to navigate the technical system.
• Promote the #PeopleFirst delivery of customer service with clients and have and a basic knowledge of insurance product and more advanced knowledge of their resources to obtain further information.
• Product & administrative support. This includes pre-qualifying and analyzing future customer client needs while recommending coverage, as needed to meet the client needs.
• Supports Insurance Advisors in onboarding new clients, collecting required information, generating documents, assisting in claim reporting, and recommending additional coverage as needed.
• Assists and administers departmental projects including process improvement, procedure creation and implementation.
