It has more than 280 employees.Your roleReporting to the HR & HSE Director Co-op, Human Resources: Involved in hands-on tactical and planning projects to drive business outcomes through people, along with the following:Variety of projects assigned with talent acquisition, training, talent development, compensation plan, and HRIS topics.Other projects and tasks as assigned.Your profileMust be in pursuit of a degree in a Business or Human Resources-related field, or currently enrolled in HR-related coursework.Co-Op's during Spring, Spring-Summer, and Summer semesters.Full-time and Part-time available (Full-time preferred)Prior experience a plus.Compensation range$20.00-$25.00 / hour*The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
