Job description

Semper Fi is currently looking for an experienced talented and versatile Inside Sales Representative to join the team! This position is a high paced challenging position. Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring all the sales leads and opened quotes coming from our Service Departments. Responsibilities (including, not limited to):

Tasks:

• Make sales calls to customers to provide HVAC replacement estimates
• Commitment to rigorous follow-up and lead tracking process
• Run sales calls on nights and weekends as dictated by customer requirements
• Generate leads through grass roots marketing such as attending HOA meetings for housing communities, attending home shows, working the Mesa Market
• Following-up on quotes provided by service technicians

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years HVAC sales experience
• Must be able to work weekends as needed
• Ability to meet specific time constraints
• Outstanding Customer Service Skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bilingual is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $150,000.00 per year
