About This Role
The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This position will act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring compliance with employment laws and promoting a positive work culture. Additionally, they may handle tasks related to onboarding, training, performance management, and HRIS maintenance.
This position has a social justice component that will require critical thinking around how the external systems impact the work that we are doing through the lens of racism and intersections with poverty. Knowing the core principals of antiracism work and grounding those principles in everyday work, as well as working well in non-white environments and championing anti-racism policy, are required job skills and core values. Compensation :
This position is full-time, exempt. This position is not included in the Bargaining Unit. Pay ranges from $81,432 – $102,692 per year. Benefits include vacation, holiday, and sick leave benefits, fully employer paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance, defined benefit pension plan, and optional 401(k), WFH credit, and more.
