Seiler Instrument is looking for a Receptionist to Support our Corporate office. Join our small office of energetic professionals as we support our staff by operating our reception area and directing our visitors.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors
• Answer multi-line phone system
• Maintain professionalism throughout all communications with callers/visitors
• Direct calls quickly and accurately
• Preserve Company security by following documented procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area
• Process and maintain office equipment
• Spreadsheet tracking
• Database maintenance
• Process literature requests
• Create letters and notices
• Proofreading duties for various company literature
• All other administrative duties as requested

Education and/or Experience:
Candidates for Corporate Receptionist must possess top-notch telephone skills and display proper phone etiquette. Experience with computer based phone transfer is a bonus. The Receptionist must have excellent verbal communication and listening skills and must always conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism. Candidates must be customer focused, have superior organizational skills, maintain strong attention to detail and have the ability to persevere in high demand situations.

The position requires 3 years of experience in Reception/Customer Service. Candidates must have experience with Microsoft Office products. Familiarity with other software products is a plus. Ability to proof read and update documents is helpful for this position.
