Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
We are looking for an extremely organized, friendly, and sincere Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The primary duties of this position are:
· Greet all incoming visitors and residents
· Entering maintenance service requests in the system
· Addressing phones, assisting walk-ins, and general customer service
· Process tenant rent payments
· Basic Filing Skillset
· Call residents to collect past due balances
· Computer experience a must
· General clerical duties as assigned by property manager
· Creating work orders and passing them to maintenance for completion
· Scheduling vendor appointments, and communicating with residents
Necessary skills for this position include:
· Ability to provide excellent customer service to all residents.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Be a team-player.
Experience:
· Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is required!
