Job Summary:

Dave Sinclair Ford is seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services

- Perform data entry tasks to update records and maintain databases

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Hours:

M-F: 3-7

Saturdays 8-5
