Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, computer literacy, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette

- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail

- Coordinate projects and assist with office management duties

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the agency

Experience:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred

- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
