Job Title: Administrative Assistant Designer

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize Adobe Illustrator for creating and editing signage designs, layouts, and graphics.

- Demonstrate a creative and design-oriented mindset to contribute ideas and concepts for signage projects.

- Manage administrative tasks in-office and remotely, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with the CEO and clients.

- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

- Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

- Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, including layout creation, estimating costs, and data input.

- Assist in the creation of layouts for permitting submissions, adhering to relevant regulations and requirements.

- Make phone calls to gather specifications on material costs and other project-related information.

- Send thank-you cards to existing customers, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.

Requirements:

- Experience with layout creation, estimating, and administrative tasks strongly preferred.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design software.

- Strong creative and design sensibilities, with a portfolio demonstrating previous work.

- Ability to work effectively and independently in an office and remote setting, with excellent communication skills.

- Demonstrated customer service focus and the ability to connect well with others.

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Analytical thinking skills to problem-solve and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is an asset.

- Having a humble, positive attitude even when project plans or priorities shift unexpectedly.

- Self-starter, and eager to learn new things and look for ways to be more helpful.

Schedule and Work:

- Starting out as a part-time position, 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time employment.

- Flexible hours to accommodate varying schedules.

- Immediate start date available.

- Background check required.
