What You'll do
We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boise, ID. This role performs the front desk and day-to-day administrative office functions for our location in Boise, Idaho. Day-to-day tasks may include:
Office Administrator
  • Greet and sign-in visitors at the front desk
  • Maintain overall office appearance and cleanliness working in conjunction with the office cleaning company
  • Manage incoming mail as well as other general shipping and receiving
  • Office supply management
  • Manage conference room calendars
  • Maintain break room amenities
  • Arrange catering services for meetings
  • Coordinate office maintenance requests
  • Assist other departments (Operations, Human Resources, Engineering, Sales and Marketing) in performing general administrative tasks
  • Enter expenses for regional Sales & Engineering personnel upon request
  • Perform other related and reasonable tasks asked by VP of Sales, Director of Engineering, Director of Operations or VP of Operations
  • This role is expected to be on site, M-F, 8A-5P. Any other accommodations to modify this schedule must be arranged in advance
Who you are
You're a strong team player that is invested in helping your customers succeed and contributing to a great company culture. You have the following knowledge, skills, abilities and/or education:
  • 2 years' experience of professional level administrative support
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidential information at the highest level of discretion
  • Ability to complete assigned projects and tasks within established timelines and guidelines
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Strong communication, planning and coordination skills
  • High-level of organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to work with high-level managers
  • Capacity to plan and prioritize work-load according to applicable deadlines (work with very tight deadlines)
  • Ability to think on your feet and solve urgent problems/issues (i.e. make ad-hoc adjustments) during events.
  • High-level of professionalism
Our ideal candidate would also have the following preferred knowledge, skills, abilities and/or education:
  • Associate and/or Bachelor's degree in a related field
