What we are looking for
Under direction of the Benefits Supervisor, the Human Resources Specialist works collaboratively as part of the HR team and is responsible for the administration of workers’ compensation cases as well as administration of leave of absence cases across all business units of the company.

Operating on our principles, you will help cultivate a team culture where caring, collaboration, and ethical conduct are paramount.
Your expertise will be essential in addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to leaves and workers' comp, contributing to a workplace where every member feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed You will assist with various other benefits administration duties, as needed.
You will be based in our Long Beach Headquarters and hybrid option is available (2 days / week minimum in the office).

Pay range for this position is $60k to $72k depending on experience. This does not include bonuses or our Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
