Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to foster a positive and productive work environment. This key leadership role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, compliance, benefits and leave administration, training and development, and labor relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address inquiries, resolve conflicts, and recommend disciplinary actions.
- Leave Administration: Manage policies for FMLA, STD, LTD, and Personal LOA.
- Benefits Administration : Ensure benefits accuracy, compliance, and manage open enrollment.
- Labor Relations: Administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Teamsters Union Local 856.
- Training and Development: Support employee training and development programs.
- Compliance: Maintain HR laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain employee records and update company policies.
- Multi-tasking: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Duties: Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
