Our initiative brings together the efforts of various charitable and non-charitable entities to improve our potential impact by making diverse types of capital available to the efforts we support.The RoleReporting to and working closely with the VP, Finance & Administration, the Director, Finance is responsible for resource planning and financial oversight relating to all activities of Futures Action Network, LLC (FAN), which operates Schmidt Futures and related activities. The Director will design and implement annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes and work closely with the leadership team on financial analysis in support of strategic business decisions. Additionally, the Director of Finance will help to ensure effective and positive partnership between Schmidt Futures and the broader shared service accounting and treasury teams in the family office, which serves Schmidt Futures and other philanthropic and non-philanthropic initiatives.
