Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesday and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.
To achieve our vision, we are searching for an Associate Director of Finance with a Bachelor’s Degree, and at least 4 years of experience working in financial roles with a proven record of success in financial analysis, project management, and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Report to our Managing Director of Finance, serving as a key point of contact for Zeta leadership, our board, and external partners, working closely with all leaders to solve our organization’s highest priorities and most critical challenges
- Work on scaling projects in various areas of finance including budgeting, payables and grant management
- Plan and execute a strategic plan to bring Zeta’s finance and accounting functions fully in-house and grow the team’s capacity
- Work with the finance team to build models for analysis of financial feasibility of potential real estate deals or projects
- Monitor financial activity across the organization to ensure that fraud and risk are minimized
- Ensure Zeta’s financial records, data, and reports are accurate and compliant
- Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are hiring for immediate openings and onboarding on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
