Schell Brothers Nashville Division is looking for an experienced, energetic, and positive Construction Manager who wants to help build our customer’s dream home.
While we are new to the Nashville area, we have 20 years of proven success in Delaware, and more recently, in Richmond, VA. Our mission is to bring happiness to ourselves and our homeowners by not only creating exceptional homes and communities but also providing an extraordinary home buying experience. Instead of being stuck in an office all day, Construction Managers (CMs) get to be outside on the construction site interacting with both our homeowners and trade partners.

Basic Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED
· Minimum of four years related experience including but not limited to construction management or project management
· Valid driver's license
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
· Proficient with MS Office Products
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil/Structural Engineering
· Comfortable with technology
· Positive and caring attitude
· Outgoing, professional demeanor
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Must be able to collaborate with other Team Members.
· Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest.
· Ability to prioritize tasks.
