Tennessee Water and Fire is Hiring an Insurance Restoration Construction Manager Near Nashville, TN

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate restoration projects for our company. The Restoration Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the entire restoration process, from initial assessment to project completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of construction and restoration processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of restoration projects, including estimating, negotiating with adjusters planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to determine the scope of work required
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols throughout the restoration process
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including weekly logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Communicate regularly with clients (homeowners and insurance carriers) to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between restoration projects and other company operations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restoration project management, including knowledge of construction estimating, contracts, and project coordination

-Xactimate Experience Required
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with project management software such as DASH is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities
