Major Responsibilities:

Work with field representatives for invoice coding

Track trucking tickets and hours – reconcile trucking invoices

Verify compliance documentation and follow-up

Filing

Data Entry

Scanning

Copying

Answer incoming phone calls

File Archiving

Skills:

2 years office experience in an administrative role

Public works experience preferred

Familiar with certified payrolls and reporting a plus

Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

Ten key by touch

Proven ability to perform tasks timely and accurately

Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Trustworthy in the handling of confidential and/or sensitive information

Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner

Superior organization skills

Strong attention to detail and follow through

Must be a team player

Dependable

Excellent multi-tasker

Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment
