Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit!

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Server Engineer or similar role required
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft/Redhat operating system, VMware virtualization technologies and Hyper converged Infra like Dell VxRail required
• Proficiency with Storage Infrastructure like Dell Isilon, PowerMax and Data Domain required
• Familiarity with the tools like BigFix, ServiceNow, SCOM and WSUS preferred

What You ll Be Doing

• Server solutions: Design and implement server solutions based on business needs and best practices
• Manage server virtualization tools: Implement server virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), in addition to administering and maintaining servers to ensure high availability and performance
• Installation and configuration: Update server operating systems, applications, and firmware, along with configuring and optimizing virtual machines for performance and resource efficiency
• Validate backup processes: Test to ensure data integrity and quick recovery
• Maintain documentation: Provide comprehensive documentation of server configurations, procedures, and changes and ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligns with industry standards
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for server-related issues, including participating in on-call rotations
