Job Title: ServiceNow Systems Administrator

Overview: Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Systems Administrator to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and administration of our ServiceNow platform, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow functionality and best practices, along with hands-on experience in implementing and managing ITSM processes and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules to support our organization's IT service management processes.
• Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes to existing ITSM workflows and processes.
• Perform system integrations and data imports/exports as needed.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks (ITIL).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow administration tasks, including user management, workflow configuration, and system maintenance.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) is a plus.
