Responsibilities include:

• Experience with medical records
• Maintain accurate records of correspondence and communications for each file
• Maintain Calendar
• Preparing litigation cases for trial
• Commitment to providing smart, friendly, quality service to our clients, from the filing of the complaint through trial phase
• Ideal candidate will have experience working with a Personal Injury law firm
• Schedule hearings on motions
• E-file with clerk of courts
• Prepare responses to Discovery and Motions
• Conduct and manage case investigations
• Litigation experience
• Smokeball software experience a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Skills and Knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Highly organized
• Ability to multi-task
• Great attention to detail
• Med-Mal experience (preferred)
