```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation legal assistant for Personal Injury Law Firm. Must Speak English and Spanish. Must have excellent English writing skills.
```Duties:```
- At least 3 years of experience in Litigation
- Must be proficient in filing with the Florida E-portal and Pacer (Federal)
- General knowledge of insurance policies is needed in everyday tasks as a personal injury assistant
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, hearing, and depositions
- Aid the attorney with answering and propounding discovery such as interrogatories, request for production, and request for admission
- Must have knowledge of the court rules and procedures, as well as judge's procedures
- Highly organized, fast paced, and attention to detail with the ability to juggle 50 cases
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
