Accounts Payable Support

Job Purpose

Accounts Payable Support-Provides administrative support in suppliers outstanding invoices. Prepares outstanding accounts reports. Assists in resolution of outstanding invoice problems. Responds to inquiries from suppliers or external collection resources. May place calls or send messages to those with unresolved issues.

• Input Purchase order data for outside processing

• Resolve supplier problems associated with, invoicing issues, obsolete, rework and scrap material.

• Must be able to develop excellent working relationship with both internal and external customers as well as suppliers.

• Review, analyze and interpret various reports.

• Perform additional duties as required

Education and Experience:

• Excellent negotiation, presentation verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and complete task on time with little supervision.

• Ability to interface with company and supplier senior management

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment in the performance of essential duties.

• Demonstrated ability to lead assigned project and teams.

• Some experience in purchasing desired.

• Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite experience required, intermediate to advance.
