Opportunity and position information: Nyle Maxwell of Austin has 1 position open in our Accounts Receivable department!

Schedule:Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

DUTIES

· Maintain daily deposit files

· Maintain credit card receivable schedule

· Maintain cash clearing schedules

· Post daily bank detail

· Setup or update customer name file for credit and collection notes

· Assumes the direct or indirect responsibility for money (cash, checks, charges, and expenses)

· Send out statements to vendors; post and apply vendor payments

· Performs all other duties assigned by manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Integrity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic required
• Willing to learn and be receptive to new ideas
• Be a team player

· Dealership accounting experience is a plus!

· ADP experience is a plus!
