Culligan Ultrapure is a Culligan Water franchise that started in 1962 and has 20 locations spread across Minnesota, Indiana, Missouri, Arizona, and Texas. The company services residential, commercial, and industrial customers with water purification and water softening systems.

Position Description:

The duties include handling all daily office administration operations, assist customers with payments options, work with third party collection service as needed, process payments, taking incoming customer calls, overseeing A/R reporting and collections, and inputting data into ERP system.

Job Qualifications:

• Two-year Associate degree preferred with administration experience
• Knowledge of managing accounts receivable and collections
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process
• Position requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
