Job Description:
SANFORD FEDERAL is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager (PM) to join our team. The PM will be responsible for providing exceptional management, direction, administration, and quality assurance for our projects that serve the US Government.

Qualifications Required:

• Citizenship & Language: Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English.
• Education: Must hold a Master’s degree or higher from an accredited graduate program in amental health-related field (e.g., social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, counseling).
• Licensing/Certification: Must have a current, valid, unrestricted counseling license/certification from a State, D.C., a U.S. Commonwealth, or a U.S. Territory. This license should grant authority to provide counseling services independently and demonstrate competence in counseling.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience as a program or project manager in a similar program is required.
• Certifications: Must hold an active EAPA CEAP, PMI Program Management Professional, or Project Management Professional certification.
• Security Requirements: It would be preferable if you have a security clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Military Environment Experience: At least 10 years of experience working in or supporting the military environment, particularly in counseling or military family support programs.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills, knowledge of call center operations, and a deep understanding of the military lifestyle.

Pay: $366,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Quarterly bonus
• Signing bonus
