As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person--and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us.
Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, enter purchase orders, and process invoices. You are never bored, as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
Any experience in the HVAC industry would be a plus but is not required. Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette?
