As a Customer Service Representative, you are the detail person! We cannot provide our clients with the very best in HVAC services without you being attentive to details and keeping our office running smoothly. And, your friendly customer service makes our clients happy to do business with us. You are a people person who is also good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized.
You perform a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, entering purchase orders, and processing invoices. But, really, it's not what you do, but how you do it. You are proactive-seeing what needs to be done and doing it. Under your watch, the office is clean and organized. You enjoy your job as you are never bored and get great satisfaction out of keeping everything in order!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Any experience in the HVAC industry would be a plus but is not required. Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you organized and detail-oriented?
