San Lorenzo Bikinis is looking for a hard-working, dedicated, responsible candidate to fill our Corporate Inventory Associate position. The position is open right now and ready to be filled and start immediately in the Corporate Office located in Honolulu.
Job Summary:
The Inventory Specialist will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for the review, track, and allocating incoming merchandise.
- Responsible for inputting incoming merchandise in the computer, organize the merchandise, and prepare outgoing invoices for each store location.
- Responsible for reviewing the store's inventories and issue out merchandise according to its needs.
- Analyze the flow of the merchandise, investigate and explain variances associated with the incoming merchandise according to the sales reports.
- Prepare and process inter-store transfers on a monthly basis with great attention to detail.
- Support the Corporate office on other tasks and responsibilities if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Works well under pressure and can effectively fast-paced environment
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully and develops alternative solutions
- POS experience, QuickBooks or Lightspeed Retail is a plus
