Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes, preparing menus and working within budget, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.
