We are seeking a reliable and friendly Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and support. Your main responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and processing orders.
Job: Full time
Pay Range: $950 - $1300 weekly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Follow up with customers regarding any outstanding issues or inquiries
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and applications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
