Description
SAIC is seeking a top-notch Facilities Project Manager to join our talented team in Aurora, CO. You must possess an active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph to qualify for this role.
This position is responsible for providing project management expertise, including the coordination, planning, and work prioritization of projects ranging in value from $50K to $20M or more. The focus of your projects will be electrical in nature but they could include any and all of the trades.
In this role you will serve as an interface between the on-site government facilities management organization, design and construction contractors, Site Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support contractor, local utilities, and all other customers and stakeholders on matters related to customer requirements, project prioritization, and execution. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the project life cycle, to include requirements development, programming, design, construction, and closeout.
