ICR is Hiring a Facilities Manager/Project Manager Near Aurora, CO
- Maintenance/troubleshoot/basic repair of systems including (but not limited to) HVAC systems (VAV, FCU, Chiller) appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, equipment, access control systems, server room power and cooling,
- Develop, track, and execute preventative maintenance schedule for all building systems
- Responsible for managing all site maintenance and services activities. Including scheduling and supervising any necessary subcontractors required for advanced repairs or changes to building systems.
- Direct and schedule vendors who may include electrical, mechanical, plumbing, janitorial, etc.
- Oversight of all processes ensuring conformance to federal and local regulations and conformance with company and customer policies.
- Interfacing with building management to coordinate repairs/maintenance of building-owned systems
- Interfacing with the engineering team to identify changes to building systems required to support projects, such as new electrical circuits, including communicating specifications to subcontractors
- Ensure Safety First and is a significant consideration in all activities.
- Basic handyman work including, but not limited to, hanging items on the wall, running new low-voltage cables, drywall repair/painting, changing water filters
- Work with end users to gather project requirements, formulate a project plan, and be able to execute plan by managing subcontractors, including electricians, HVAC, drywall/painting, network/data cabling, permits, building engineers and furniture.
- Budget management and cost control of facilities and project budgets.
- Monitor janitorial and snack contractors to ensure services meet expectations.
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Familiarity with commercial electric (120V/208V/277V/480V 3phase) and associated distribution systems. (All work will be completed by licensed electricians.)
- Experience using basic electrical test tools including multimeters
- Familiarity with commercial HVAC and Building Control Systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment
- Willingness to be on-call for evening/weekend emergency support
- Experience reading technical data sheets, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Enjoys working with hands and learning new things
- Enjoys working with people in a customer service-oriented role
- Travel periodically will be required to 6-8 different ICR facilities.
