Sage Group PLC is Hiring a Remote Service Desk Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the ongoing stability and enhancement of existing systems • Coordinating compliance and audit requirements for our core applications and PC’s / Laptops • Initiate research into relevant technologies and tools to increase effectiveness and deliverables to avoid recurring issues • Write user documentation to support changes implemented for applications for both self-service and cross skilling • Identify opportunities for improvement and take accountability for implementation • Prioritizing tickets effectively within agreed timelines, to meet or exceed customer expectations • Maintain a predictable level of performance and quality by achieving or exceeding agreed service levels and KPI’s • Ensuring clear understanding and communication of all changes, risks, issues and dependencies, which impact Sage.
